Can I check out late?

Is there valet parking?

Valet parking is available for $40 plus tax, with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

Where can I work out?

Our second floor fitness center is open 24 hours.

Where can we print our boarding passes?

Our front desk can check you in and print your boarding passes for free.

Can I have packages delivered to the hotel?

Hotel Max will accept up to three packages complimentary per day on behalf of the guest.  Each package after the first three will be charged at $5.00 per package received by the Hotel. Please contact guest services for additional information.

Is there any way to do laundry?

Laundry bags and forms are in your closet. Drop it at the front desk by 8 a.m. and you’ll have it back by 6 p.m.

is there an amenities fee?

Yes, the daily guest amenities fee is $20 plus tax.

Can I charge my electric car?

Yes! We offer electric vehicle charging included with your stay.  Please let our team know upon arrival for parking arrangements.

are pets welcome?

Yes, we will happily greet your furry companion with a pet bed, bowls, toy, tasty treat, pet-friendly room service menu, and a list of local pet resources. A $25 pet fee applies.

We offer everything from coffee and free wi-fi to a craft beer happy hour included with your stay. For more information, check out our Provenance Signature Amenities. Reservations require a $75 per night incidental fee. Security deposits will be refunded pending no damages to the guest room.
